At VENA UNIFORMY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your uniform doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
